WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – In the midst of the North Carolina Azalea Competition, gurus at the New Hanover County Arboretum motivate you to plant Azaleas to include spring colour to your yard.
With in excess of 10,000 named types of Azalea, New Hanover County Arboretum Director Lloyd Singleton and the Arboretum grounds servicing supervisor share advice on what to seem for when picking azaleas.
Two most important styles exist: evergreen Azaleas are mostly indigenous to southeast Asia while all North American species are deciduous.
Although rather quick to improve, Singleton shares what troubles you may face with Azaleas.
