SINGAPORE – Additional Housing Board blocks in Tampines could have neighborhood gardens and vertical farms as the city operates towards scaling up its farming and foodstuff creation functionality.
An ecosystem to assist these farms distribute the harvests commercially and at a lessen price to residents could also be explored, claimed Minister for Social and Loved ones Enhancement Masagos Zulkifli at the launch of Tampines Goes Farming initiative at Our Tampines Hub on Saturday (April 30).
