Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) and Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) on Monday touted their ability to safe $3 million for the Bowie Company Innovation Heart (BIC) and $1 million for the university to invest on the Bowie Condition College Laboratory for Hydroponics Investigate.

Bowie State University is the oldest Traditionally Black Faculty and College in Maryland.

The funding will make it possible for for the growth of the 8(a) Accelerator Software by means of the Center of Excellence, she said.
