Gardening is a wonderful leisure action, superior for the soul, fantastic for the setting. I really do not believe that the City Parks and Recreation division experienced adequate enter from the gardening group when they produced options to “improve” the Eastside Park.
With meals insecurity a problem in this county, the town need to be accomplishing all the things it can to endorse domestically grown foods. Tearing apart the Group Gardens at Yananoli does not encourage our local foodstuff values. There really should be expansion in the availability of Local community Yard plots, not a reduction!
