JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville woman told law enforcement she identified a mortar when gardening Monday.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Place of work responded to the place in close proximity to the 4100 block of San Juan Avenue and investigated the device.
They determined it was an inert mortar and no just one was at hazard.
