Iron Ox Farm, a hydroponic greenhouse in Lockhart, grows herbs and lettuce sustainably with the help of AI and robotics know-how. Cell robots scan each plant to calibrate the correct harmony of vitamins in the h2o. This know-how allows unique crops to expand in the same room and employs 90% significantly less water than classic farming.
