Again in November, fourteen inhabitants finished the University of Kentucky Learn Gardener system provided by way of the Christian County Extension Office environment. The Master Gardener program provides extreme residence horticulture schooling to people who then volunteer in their communities, giving lectures, building gardens, conducting analysis, and many other assignments.
Individuals go to 13-weeks of lessons masking 16 gardening topics. Graduates of the 2021 Learn Gardener Course include Mike Cayce, Paige Mullins-Sofa, Dawn Saturley, Rose Thompson, Chris Tyson Renshaw, Frank Amaro, David Trousdale, Anne Whitford, Helen Cayce, Janie Giles, Janet Rinehart, Melanie Mayes, Nathan Pickens, and Barbara Cochran
