Dying of 14-yr-outdated in Palm Seaside Gardens now regarded as a homicide

PALM Seaside GARDENS, Fla. – Law enforcement are now declaring that the killing of a 14-calendar year-previous boy was deliberate.

A passerby observed Ryan Roger’s bike in an area by the I-95 overpass on Central Boulevard laying in the grass last Tuesday morning. Police then uncovered his body down a wooded embankment, in accordance to WPBF.

Law enforcement are now inquiring everyone who was in the location Monday night time in between 6:30 and 9:00 pm, or who has a dashcam in their car and was traveling through the location, to phone investigators. They explained no tip is far too smaller.

An autopsy disclosed Roger’s dying was not from a bicycle accident, but was a homicide. Mothers and fathers in the spot have been on edge questioning if it is risk-free for their kids to be out alone, driving bikes or going for walks.

Officers have improved patrols in the local community and are telling mothers and fathers that although the law enforcement section investigates the incident, mothers and fathers ought to consider any safeguards they come to feel are acceptable. Police are asking any person with details to appear ahead, and they are offering an $8,000 reward.
