Carbone’s cafe group to open sister eatery in Palm Seashore Gardens


A spread of options on the menu at Parm, a Little Italy New York restaurant headed to Palm Beach Gardens.

Parm, a Minimal Italy New York mainstay, will open its to start with Florida outpost in Palm Seashore Gardens sometime this winter. The Italian-American consolation food stuff place will debut at the Downtown Palm Beach Gardens plaza, exactly where no opening date has been announced.

1 standout element: The hospitality business behind Parm, Big Food Group, is the team behind New York most loved Carbone and its wildly well known South Beach outpost, which opened in January.

The cafe will just take around a new 5,000-square-foot house with a lakeside location at the plaza, which is going through an in depth makeover. Parm will be positioned by the plaza’s transplanted carousel. It will be the cafe group’s fifth Parm site.

On the menu at Parm: a chicken Parm hero.

Big Food Team, established by chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi and restaurateur Jeff Zalaznick, is no stranger to Palm Beach County. The business opened The Flamingo Grill, a tropical-glam, mid-century American restaurant at The Boca Raton, the luxurious vacation resort previously regarded as the Boca Raton Resort and Club. 

In Miami, the hospitality team also opened the private ZZ’s Club in that city’s Design and style District in April.
