TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The Busch Gardens Food stuff & Wine Competition is back again this calendar year with new food stuff, beverages and remarkable live shows to coincide with the opening of the new rollercoaster Iron Gwazi.
The festival will return on March 11 with much more than 20 new dishes to pair with wine, craft beer and cocktails. The event will run Friday to Sunday through May well 22 and is incorporated with park admission.
Some of the new delicacies at the pageant contain:
Flamin’ Very hot Cheetos Avenue Corn
Locale: West Coastline Catch
The new road corn dish options not only Flamin’ Warm Cheetos, but avocado lime crema, tajin & cotija.
Dark Chocolate Truffle Tart
Place: Napa Nook
The treat features wild raspberries and a whipped topping for these with a sweet tooth.
Harvest Chipotle BBQ Shrimp Tacos
Locale: West Coast Catch
The tacos come with a creamy ranch slaw, Pipian sauce and cotija.
Toasted Coconut Lemon Cheesecake
Site: Seasonally Inspired
The cheesecake comes with mint and blueberries and pairs nicely with Robertson Chenin Blanc, according to the park’s website.
Far more new food items
Other new food objects this 12 months involve bitter orange glazed burnt finishes pork tummy bites, a 24k double chocolate whoopie pie, orange flan, bourbon pecan pie and extra. Also new are the “coaster cocktails” showcasing the “Iron Gwazi Fizz,” “Hybrid Heat” and the “91-diploma Fall.”
Sampler lanyards can be purchased for $65 for 10 items or $80 for 15 goods.
Headlining acts on the Festival Field phase contain Sean Paul, Chris Janson, Kansas, 3 Doors Down and additional. VIP reserved seating is available and contains a 5-item sampler lanyard with purchase.
