EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – A backyard garden at a center school in Eau Claire is hoping to mature far more than just plants. It is aiming to produce a house for students to understand and sprout.
Eau Claire’s Northstar Center College is laying down the roots for an “edible” classroom.
“What we did is we invited a handful of of our neighborhood associates, so our SRO, our scholar useful resource officer, father or mother volunteers, and pupils, of program, to arrive and aid us finish up our garden fence,” Northstar particular education trainer Sarah Redofrd said.
Northstar currently has an indoor yard.
