The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Foodstuff Protection Authority (ADAFSA) has signed two Musataha contracts with two regional non-public sector companies to create and function two farms, just one in Al Ain and the other in Abu Dhabi, with a complete worth of all over AED310 million ($84.3 million).
The very first Musataha contract was signed with Emirates Hydroponics Farms to create and operate a hydroponic farm for the output of greens, fruits, and mushrooms for canning in a controlled setting at a full financial commitment of AED260 million.
